Taliban

By Sk Nasrin

Taliban means students. Taliban is a conservative political and religious organization. The Taliban are also called Taleban. The Taliban emerged after the 1978-92 Afghan war withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan in the mid-1990s, the fall of communist rule in Afghanistan, and the subsequent breakdown of civilian order. Many mujahideen found solidarity in the rhetoric of resistance and had access to schools of Islamic sciences in southern Afghanistan and northern Pakistan called madrasas.

In 1994, a group of ex-combatants attached to a madrassa in a village in Kandahar province successfully crushed a local fighter. Gradually the group gained public support with its commitment to security and religious fervor. And quickly became known as taliban. In late 1996, the Taliban seized control of the capital, Kabul, and gained effective control over two-thirds of the country. They combine strict religious Islamic ideology to create a repressive regime. Which had become a tragedy for the people of Afghanistan.

When the Taliban last ruled Afghanistan from 1996-2001, women were barred from employment and education. Afghanistan's activism lasted until the 1990s, when the Taliban's rights radio station imposed harsh punishments on women for violating the constitution. Brutal physical abuse, including the death penalty; And suppressed freedom of religion, expression and education.

In 2002, tens of millions of girls went to school in areas run by the Afghan government. Women participated in social life, held political office, and worked in the government. Despite being under government control, girls' schools were not open. When the Taliban invaded Afghanistan in 1996, it issued a manifesto imposing strict religious restrictions. Then he introduced the rule of keeping women in strict rules.

The Taliban's uncomfortable reluctance toward human rights also prompted many countries to consider the Taliban harboring Osama bin Laden. That helped create an organization of foreign Muslim fighters during the Afghan war. Who wanted a war to liberate the Islamic world from the un-Islamic. And they were plotting an attack against the United States.

Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden were blamed for the 2001 attacks on the Pentagon outside the New York City World Trade Center and Washington DC. But even then, the Taliban refused to hand over bin Laden. As a result, the United States and its allies, who have been fighting the Taliban, began bombing Afghanistan. This led to the establishment of the last Taliban regime that year.

Then some Taliban remained. Their resurgence began again in 2005 and slowly. Its founder is Mullah Mohammad Omar. He was then in hiding. Attracting thousands of Afghans because of the corruption of the new Afghan government and the dissatisfaction with the destruction caused by the US and NATO military operations, the appointment was commendable.

In 2009, the war escalated to unprecedented levels, with the newly elected U.S. press. Barack Obama ordered an increase in U.S. military presence in the war.The Taliban and the United States began meeting in 2018, with the help of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, the only country that has diplomatic relations with both sides. Talks between the Taliban and the United States focused on the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan.

The Taliban wanted to reach an agreement with the United States, although there was an agreement on general policy in negotiations with the central government in 2019. It is alleged that the ambassador provided the information to Hussein. The Taliban signed an agreement with the United States in 2020, and instead of withdrawing troops, the Taliban agreed to stop attacking US forces and to resist al Qaeda, the Islamic State in Iraq. The agreement was supposed to negotiate with the Canadian government, but was delayed until September. Reiterated its commitment to withdraw troops in April 2021.

As the time for the withdrawal of US troops approached, a large number of Taliban quickly seized some provincial capitals, including a few districts. When the central government was formed in mid-August, it occupied all of Afghanistan, including Kabul. After so many years, the Taliban have re-emerged, thinking that their ideology will change, but their strict restrictions have not changed.

In addition, they continue to inflict unspeakable atrocities on innocent people. As a result of their persecution, many people hastily left everything and went to another country. As a result, men, women and even many children died on their feet.Because their strict sanctions and oppression cannot be tolerated by the Afghan people.People who did not get a place inside the aeroplane were forced to leave the country by the engine of the aeroplane.

The whole world is witnessing the event of people falling from the airplane and even falling to the ground. They bind religious prohibitions more strictly to the rules. The purpose of their strict restrictions was to make women more holy and dignified. Their restrictions are that at the outset that women would not be able to go to school in any way and would not be educated in higher education and they would not have any rights.

According to Amnesty International, women have been told that they cannot go to work or travel without a male guardian. This includes banning films that are considered against Islamic law and Afghan values, and exposing male body parts.Women and men will have different workplaces where men and women cannot work together . Afghan women must always wear the burqa. They are not allowed to be educated beyond the age of eight. Women cannot be treated by any male doctor.

Allows 16 year old girls to get married. After the age of eight, women cannot have direct contact with any man other than their father, husband or father-in-law. Women's high heel shoes should not be used because a man should not hear a woman's footsteps so that it arouses her.The presence of women on radio, television or any kind of public gathering was forbidden. Posters with pictures of women were banned in newspapers. Also women will not be able to come to the verandah of their house.

The residential windows on the first floor should be painted so that no picture of a woman can be seen. The presence of women on radio, television or any kind of public gathering was forbidden. Posters with pictures of women were banned in newspapers. Also women will not be able to come to the verandah of their house. The residential windows on the first floor should be painted so that no picture of a woman can be seen.

Women should not be allowed to speak loudly in public so that no stranger can hear the voice.Separate bus services have been introduced to prevent male and female travel on the same bus. Women were banned from riding bicycles and bikes. They have asked all women, except those in the public health sector, & working women to stay at home until their safety is assured. Now they have introduced a new rule where women can go to school, college and university but their school-college will be different from men and there they will have to wear burqa.

While there are some good aspects to their strict restrictions, there are many disadvantages. Due to their strict restrictions, women are facing a lot of problems. According to their rules, women can go out with their fathers, husbands or fathers-in-law wearing burqas but there are also many women who may have husbands, fathers or forces then how will they go out on the streets. In the current situation, men and women should be treated equally and there should be separate educational institutions for men and women. There are some places where it is not possible for women alone to do any work or for men to do it, both men and women should work together If needed.

Children from an early age should not be bound by strict religious rules because they are bound by strict rules when it comes to laughing and growing up. In today's society, the place of men and women should always be equal. Society can only prosper if men and women work together, but the Taliban are undermining women's rights. Even today they are depriving women in the society. The rule that women cannot go anywhere alone is as good as the rule that this rule is correct for the safety of women but women who do not have a father, husband or brother do what they can to meet their needs outside. So this rule should be removed.

This rule that no girl can go to school after eight should be condemned because only at the age of eight can one be educated. And if women are educated in higher education then only future generations will be educated. And for a woman to be educated means to be educated in a whole society. Also, no girl should wear high heel shoes so that the sound of shoes does not reach the ears of any man. This rule should not be binding as a girl's choice of shoes depends entirely on her own opinion.

Forcibly imposing harshness on women is interfering with their freedom. But if the society is patriarchal than women's freedom is later in their human rights so I think this rule should be violated.

The Constitution of Afghanistan was adopted in 1964. This law is divided into two parts. Article 2 of this constitution declares Islam to be the state religion. And it is said that all religious observances will be observed but the same paragraph says that non-Muslim community will be able to observe the rituals freely. And Article 26 of the Right to Freedom states that unlimited freedom can be enjoyed without compromising the freedom and public interest of others. But the Taliban have violated that constitution. Introduces Islamic law and punishment.

In 2001, they destroyed a Buddha statue in Bamiyan. Muslims were also persecuted during the 6 years of Taliban rule.
Article of 35 that no party can be formed on the basis of religious sectarianism, racism, bigotry and language. But the Taliban have sown the seeds of purely religious sectarianism. Which has created communal divisions in Afghanistan and its impact could hit the world in the future.

The Taliban make strict rules for the sake of Islamic law, most of which are not in Islamic law. Islamic Shariyat does not speak of disrespecting or disrespecting any religion. Rather, it has been said to respect every religion. But the Taliban have destroyed many non-Islamic organizations.
The word oppression is specifically mentioned in Article 29 of the Afghan Constitution. Human oppression is forbidden here. But the Taliban continue to brutally oppress all men and women, Hindus and Muslims. The death penalty and the death penalty are now commonplace under Taliban rule.

So the law of the constitution should never be violated. Not only women but also men are oppressed. And the exemplary punishment that is prevalent among them should be stopped. The Taliban should stop punishing people for committing major wrongdoings so that they do not commit the same wrongdoings again, but for them, such as caning, whipping, shooting, torturing and killing.Men's clothing was also banned. For example, they have to wear salwar kameez. Jeans and t-shirts were banned. Which was a common sight a few days before the Taliban insurgency. Clothing in today's society depends entirely on one's own opinion, but in Afghanistan the picture has been completely changed by the Taliban. Trying to do everything by force.

So, in my opinion, the Taliban should have a strict version of sanctions, otherwise the unity of the country would be shattered. Cruel oppression of innocent people for religious reasons should be stopped. Many children's childhoods are being ruined by this rule and future generations are being ruined. And it will affect not only Afghanistan but other countries as well. Even in 2021 many people fled the country due to their sudden onslaught.

Many people were killed in the shootings at Kabul airport. Many children who have been sheltered in their mother's lap have died in Taliban attacks before they knew it. He was trampled to death in a bloody state outside the airport. But in Islamic law, children are called messengers of God. In a word, they are abusing Islamic law.
